L& R Remodeling Services, Inc., was founded in 2004 to provide owners with quality remodeling services.  In our eyes, total customer satisfaction is the primary goal an organization such as ours should achieve.

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY CONTROL

L & R remodeling Services, Inc. has designed its management system to ensure the highest level of quality control. 

Our success in the project market has shown that customers value our commitment to providing quality remodeling services with respect to the customer and without excuses. 

L & R Remodeling Services, Inc. has demonstrated its ability to handle multi-discipline, simultaneous efforts on the individual contract and administrative levels.  Our staff has effectively planned and completed a number of projects ahead of schedule.

QUALITY CONTROL SURVEILLANCE

Either the Project Manager or President inspects all jobs at least twice per day in order to identify any problem areas or discrepancies. 

The Project Manager, President or Vice President files at least one inspection report for each job workload per day. 

The Project Manager’s assessments, based on these reports, are available both on-site and with the office. 

CORRECTIONS

Once a problem area or discrepancy has been identified, the Project Manager meets with the personnel responsible. 

The responsible party then examines the problem soliciting input from those involved, develop a solution to correct the non-conforming work, establish a deadline for the remedy, and ensure that the deadline is met.

All personnel involved are made aware that this deadline is critical, and failure to meet the deadline results in the replacement of any personnel, supplier, or other responsible party. 

L & R Remodeling Services Inc.’s standards alert us to problems before they become severe, and assist us in maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. 

SUMMARY

In general, our policies are flexible enough to provide the necessary specificity on any project, large or small, and to accommodate the increased demand for detail required by multiple, simultaneous projects in progress.
